Two Saints Way

In 2012 the new pilgrimage route was launched between Chester Cathedral and Lichfield Cathedral, and Stoke Minster sits at the heart of this route, journeying ‘back to the ancient future’. The Two Saints referred to in the walk’s title are St. Werburgh and St. Chad who are associated with the two cathedrals, respectively and have particularly interesting connections with the town of Stone just south of Stoke-on-Trent.  All visitors walking for health of mind, body or spirit along the Two Saints Way are welcome to call in for refreshments and quiet space.  You can find out more about the route by visiting the website:  www.twosaintsway.org.uk
